Master of the Graph
February 2, 2008 by Canadian Investor Within
It all started last night on the last day of the month. A macroeconomic exam was scheduled to be written the following day (today). Well I spent a good 3-4 hours drawing out graph after graph to study all the different types and effects in each. Needless to say I have to go purchase some more paper and well plant a tree too.
So anyways I spent all that time going over and over everything to make sure I could receive a good mark on my first midterm exam of the semester. Went to bed at 2am, woke up at 7am. Five hours of sleep is plenty! I began studying more this morning. Well actually by the time I finish this it will most likely be tomorrow, and for simplicity’s sake, Saturday. Back to what I was talking about, graphs, right. I woke up and did even more graphs! Good thing that is what I was supposed to be studying. Notice the emphasis on “was” because Old Man Winter gave us a wondrous surprise, a gracious dropping of snow with plenty more to come. Yup, you guessed it, school was cancelled and thus my exam postponed. I am actually indifferent to when I write the exam, but I had already downed a large coffee by 9am. I now have the energy supply of a 8 year old and nothing really to do except surf the web quietly while the rest of the city sleeps.
What did I learn? When you can barely cross the road to get a coffee, check to see if school is cancelled before consumption of coffee begins.
Oh, I am sure you would love to see my graphs too! along with my chicken scratch writing

At least you have mastered macroeconomics (for the first midterm that is.) Man, I hate macro. This is exactly why I chose micro as a career.
I cant wait to get a job that is economics related. To me both macro and micro are great subjects.
thanks for the comment
url really good at maths.
